Dr Stephen Coogan founded Harvey Rhys in 2019. His mission: to bring back traditional all-round ‘care’ values to primary healthcare. These values are the foundations that Harvey Rhys is built on. Dr Coogan is an experienced general practitioner and a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He strongly believes in treating patients as individuals and in a manner he would want his family to be treated.

Amelia and Eleri are your first point of contact at the clinic. They work tirelessly to ensure that all members receive the best communication and guidance possible, ensuring that our service is always highly personalised - from picking up the phone to stepping through our doors. If you need to book an appointment or speak to someone, Amelia and Eleri are on hand.

Lisa is a fully-trained healthcare professional. Lisa works closely with Doctor Coogan to manage our members annual health reviews ensuring we deliver consistent continuity of care.

Tim offers facelift, mini facelift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, genioplasty, otoplasty, liposculpture, laser and non-surgical cosmetic facial treatments.

Rhys is responsible for ensuring smooth on-boarding of new members and supporting members throughout their long-term healthcare journey.

Joshua focuses on the expansion of our clinic, growing our base in Cheshire and rolling out our healthcare philosophy to future clinics.
